How to add a Login / My Account popup to Static HTML websites

You can easily allow your members to log in by adding a login link to your navigation menu. When members are logged in, the navigation link will automatically display as a 'My Account' instead of 'Login' form automatically. Your members will have an optional 'Profile' link when logged in where they can change their email, view invoices, update their credit card, cancel their subscription, etc.

Adding a login link to a site's navigation

1.) Here is the link - just copy this URL and go to the next step:

https://paidmembersapp.com/members/login

2.) Copy the code in the <li> or <a> tag

Nav link

3.) Now whenever anyone clicks this link you just added, they will see your Login form popup. To test this, you'll need to be on your live website (not the custom_html editor). You can customize many elements of this form in Paid Members App > Membership > Forms.

Custom html login

4.) And when the member logs in, they will see a My Account form popup. To test this, you'll need to be on your live website (not the custom_html editor). By default, the form has a 'Profile' link where a member can log out, see their invoices, cancel etc. This 'Profile' link can be hidden in Paid Members App > Membership > Forms.
